Very interesting. I've been interested for a few years in this subject. Since 100 is "average," it's interesting to see it drop into the red states as soon as it dips below 100. Not that this data is probably worth much, but it could be accurately reflecting a trend. But, yeah, it makes sense to me and I've always suspected as such.
