More Than Meets The Eye

Hello everyone, it's been a long time since we've last spoken. The last month has been one full of many events and inspirations, which I want to share with all of you, each one at a time, but tonight I'm here to blog very briefly (because I don't want to spoil anything, and because I'm tired) about the fact that this evening on the very gracious generosity of a friend who works at Skywalker Ranch, I saw an advanced screening of The Transformers, and I have to tell you, not to overhype this film, but I think this is THE movie of the summer. If you watched the cartoon as a kid, your memories are respected and brought to life on the screen. If you didn't, you're still bound to enjoy this over-the-top, action-packed and yet well-plotted film. There were scenes that were so completely stunning that I practically had tears in my eyes.

Anyhow, I'm done gushing. This is a watch-and-watch-again film, and I'll be seeing it again once it hits the big screen, with a fresh audience of fans. It's definitely worth waiting in line for.
